2023-24 Indoor Track Competitive Team
(Ages 6-18)

The DDS Athletes Indoor Track Club is a competitive co-ed youth track club for HS Athletes.  Our season is 3 months, with practices starting in November and ending in late January.   Coaching will include stabilization endurance, strength endurance, muscle growth, maximum strength and power.
 

Meets will be indoor but training will be on an outdoor track.  Athletes will compete on college campuses and have exposure to college coaches and potential scholarship and recruiting opportunities.  

Practices will be held at Warren High School track on Monday, Tuesday & Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings.  Begin practice as soon as you are registered.    

 

DDS Athletes Track Club Indoor offers competition and training (only) for those not looking to compete but just looking to stay in shape or lead a healthy lifestyle.

• Jan 6 - LSU HS Classic (Baton Rouge, LA)

• Jan 11-14 - Carl Lewis High School Meet (University of Houston)

• Jan 13 - Arkansas High School Invitational (Fayetteville, AR)

• Jan 14 - Joe Deloach Youth Invitational

Indoor registration:

$125 (One-time Fee)
